You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Log in to your areaform account using the email address you used to place your order and submit your return request there. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. areaform does not reimburse return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached. You may, of course, try on an item just as you would in a store. We cannot accept items that show signs of use, have stains, odors, or damage.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount via your original payment method. For a full return made within the legal cooling-off period, you’ll also receive a refund for the original standard shipping costs. For a partial return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Was your item delivered damaged, or is something wrong with it? In that case, do not submit a regular return request; instead, contact us at info@areaform.nl with your order number and a photo of the item.

Je kunt je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst retourneren.
Log in op je areaform-account met het e-mailadres waarmee je hebt besteld en dien daar je retouraanvraag in. Na goedkeuring ontvang je de retourinstructies.
Retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening. areaform vergoedt geen kosten voor de retourzending.
Geretourneerde items moeten ongedragen, ongewassen en in originele staat zijn, met labels nog bevestigd. Je mag een item uiteraard passen zoals je dat in een winkel zou doen. Items met gebruikssporen, vlekken, geur of beschadigingen kunnen we niet accepteren.
Na ontvangst en controle van je retour storten we het aankoopbedrag terug via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Bij een volledige retour binnen de wettelijke bedenktijd ontvang je ook de oorspronkelijke standaardverzendkosten terug. Bij een gedeeltelijke retour worden de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten niet terugbetaald.
Is je item beschadigd geleverd of klopt er iets niet? Dien dan geen reguliere retouraanvraag in, maar neem contact met ons op via info@areaform.nl, met je ordernummer en een foto van het item.
