GENERAL TERMS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

We hope you love your areaform pieces as much as we do.

Every piece is designed to move with you in and out of the studio. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

PRODUCTS

All areaform items are designed with attention to fit, movement and fabric.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

areaform reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of payment issues, incorrect stock availability or suspected misuse.

PRICING

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within:

  • The Netherlands

  • Belgium

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During launches or busy periods, shipping may take slightly longer.
You will always receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If something isn’t quite right, returns can be requested within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

  • All tags must still be attached

Please note:

  • Sale items cannot be returned

  • Grip socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

LIABILITY

areaform is not responsible for delays, damage or loss caused by shipping carriers after the order has been dispatched.

PRIVACY

Personal information is handled with care and will only be used for processing orders, customer communication and improving the areaform experience.
